South Texas Health System Heart, the first hospital in the Rio Grande Valley with Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) capabilities, is now among an elite group of hospitals nationwide able to provide ECMO therapy for the treatment of severe pulmonary issues and respiratory failure.
