Metro McAllen
Metro McAllen currently operates seven intra-city bus routes, Micro McAllen and a paratransit bus service for eligible patrons. The bus system hubs out of the downtown terminal facility where passengers can connect to an array of international, national, regional and intra-city destinations.

The Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council provides public transportation in urbanized and non-urbanized areas of the lower Rio Grande Valley through its transit department, Valley Metro.

McAllen International Airport
The McAllen International Airport (MFE) offers nonstop air service to six destinations. Our airline partners include American Airlines, United and Allegiant. Travelers can choose from any one of our daily nonstop flights to Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas and Nashville. MFE also offers convenient seasonal flights to Los Angeles and Orlando.
