We congratulate this year’s graduates and wish them well as they begin their quest to provide quality healthcare to those who need it.

McAllen Medical Center Emergency Services
The team is waitingNo matter what time of day or night, there’s a team of emergency medicine doctors and nurses ready for you at McAllen Medical Center. Doctors and nurses like Kenneth Ro, MD, and Lori Cano, RN. “We have some of the best emergency physicians in the valley covering the specialties,” says Dr. Ro, medical director of the Emergency Department. And, says nurse Cano, doctors and nurses at McAllen Medical Center work well together. “We work together as a family,” she says. “There’s a lot of teamwork.” That’s just one reason why EMS crews bring patients to the Emergency Department at McAllen Medical Center, the designated Lead Level III Trauma Center in Hidalgo County.
