Soarian HIM enables access of an Online Medical Record (OMR), an exact copy of the paper medical record. You will have access to your patients electronic information when you need them remotely from your office or home.

What is necessary to sign up for Soarian?

Approval for Security Access Agreement Form Approved by Facility
Completed Security Agreement Forms.
