NEW! Valley Transplant Support Group

The Valley Transplant Support Group is a NEW group that will meet the last Thursday of every month (except for November, when it will meet the third Thursday of the month). The group's goal is to educate and help patients have an understanding of the challenges that may arise before and after transplantation, and to be aware of the resources that are available to assist them. The group focuses on the emotional aspects of kidney transplant by offering information, education and a chance for pre- and post-op patients to meet and learn from each other.
